FITNESS CLASSES OVERVIEW


ACTIVE

A 60 min class that works on building total body conditioning with cardio, strength, balance and flexibility, using an adjustable step and dumbbells along with body weight exercises. Active will improve your everyday movement for everyday life!


CORE

Core is a 30 min program that challenges overall strength from your shoulders down to your hips; making you stronger and faster. A stronger core enhances athletic performance, improves movement, health, and counteracts back pain.


POWER

A 60 min high-rep barbell class that challenges your total body strength and conditioning. Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Lively music and an energetic group setting will get your pulse up, make you sweat, and bring out your personal best.


RIDE

Ride is a calorie burner! An hour-long cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over slopes, chase the pack, climb mountains, and run to the finish line! Feel the excitement with energetic music and group dynamics, as you sweat your way through this class.


ZUMBA

Zumba combines high speed and peppy dance moves. The movements include aerobics and is a fun way to do cardio while burning up to 600 calories per session. The main focus of this class is to strengthen the core. This is a mind-body workout that targets core muscles to tone your abs, obliques, and lower back muscles. This exercise is great to keep your body balanced and stable.


FLEXIFLOW

A combination of pilates and yoga, FlexiFlow training, helps improve range of motion for your joints and muscle, reducing soreness and keeping your muscles relaxed.


PILATES
