(18+ Mix of College/Elite)

This program is available year round to any athlete 18+ in any sport. The program is designed to provide a customized training experience for each athlete focusing on speed, strength, stamina, nutrition (Supplementation/consultation upon request), and recovery.

The program INCLUDES

  • 1 hour session
  • 1, 2 or 3 times per week
  • Max athletes per class: 10
