Go Program (GO)


ATHLETIC INTRODUCTION AND AWARENESS PHASE! Designed to introduce the youngest of athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment. Focuses on increasing flexibility, movement awareness, coordination, speed and agility. This program sets athletes up for a solid athletic foundation and establishes the building blocks of all the vital components of athleticism, resulting in a better path to superior athleticism for all sports.

The program INCLUDES

  • 1 hour session
  • 1, 2 or 3 times per week
  • Max athletes per class: 10
