High School Prep (HSP)

12-14 years

TRANSITION PHASE! This program takes advantage of the growth spurt and natural changes of an athlete’s body. We focus on change of direction, acceleration, and power training. Prepping you for techniques of weight room required for success at the high school level. We work on developing flexibility to combat physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.

The program INCLUDES

  • 1 hour session
  • 1, 2 or 3 times per week
  • Max athletes per class: 10
