One to One

This program is available to NextGen and Elite/Professional athletes that are training for sports competition and includes movement, strength, and power, but is customized to place more emphases on particular areas of athletic development of concern to the athlete. The program is designed based on consultation between athlete/parent and MJP coaching staff. The program is adjusted in real time based on the progress of the athlete.

  • 1 hour session
  • 1, 2 or 3 times per week
  • Max athletes per class: 10
