Speed School

12-18 Years

Designed to train athletes for any sport in the techniques & mechanics of linear speed. Focuses specifically on acceleration and improving maximum velocity. Athletes will learn the appropriate movement patterns & technique necessary to have a more explosive first step and improve straight-ahead acceleration and top end speed.

The program INCLUDES

  • 1 hour session
  • 1, 2 or 3 times per week
